What is youth?
Adolescence is the transition period from childhood to the world adulthood. The teenagers’ era begins from the age of 10 until 19 years old. However, the transition period may not be the same for all human being. All youth will experience changes towards adulthood. At this stage, male or female adolescents will experience the changes in terms of body shape and emotional either consciously or unconsciously. These changes occur due to the action of a hormone in the body.

What is a healthy lifestyle? To find out, you can click here. Adopt a healthy lifestyle will make teens always cheerful in this world. Therefore, teenagers need to follow several practices below:

  • Teens need enough sleep and rest since they need as much as energy to grow up. Teenagers should sleep at least 8 hours a day.
  • Take care about ourselves. You will more often sweating during enlargement process. Hence, you should always take your bath and shower your hair. Better wash your face three times a day.
  •  Balance your meal. It is good to take balance meals if you want to look cheerful, energetic, and intelligent. For instance balance your meals between rice, noodles, cereals, vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, milk, eggs and nuts. Every food contains its own nutrients and vitamins. It plays an important role in your daily diet.
  • Exercise regularly. Regular exercise will:
      ** Strengthen your muscles
      ** Make the teens feel fresh during the day
      ** Help teens to have a better sleep at night.
